The Process

We begin with an initial meeting for which there is no charge, at this meeting we will discuss the early ideas you have for your wedding, and you have a chance to ask any questions you may have regarding our services.

Following this meeting, should you decide to proceed, we will meet again and begin to put some of the details in place, at this stage we will go through various processes that will help us to have a clear idea of your desires for your celebrations, this will enable us to move forward with the design.

The next step is to book the venue for your wedding; we will assist you with selecting and deciding on the perfect venue for your special occasion. Once this is in place we will then put together a time line highlighting the dates where important decisions need to be made; for example when guest lists need to be drawn up, table plans finalised, and when smaller details like booking hairdressing & beauty appointments need scheduling.

Once the schedule has been drawn up we begin the planning and organisation process, with as little or as much involvement from yourselves as you wish. All decisions will ultimately be made by you, and we will keep you informed and up-to-date will all of the plans as they progress.

On the ‘Big Day’ an Exclusive Wedding Design Co-ordinator will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly and to plan.
